Basically this blog is about jams, grooves and anything which will come into my mind and I will be working on in the future.
During the past 20 years I have been playing for numerous bands of different genres. Recently I estimated that I must have played at least 1000 shows as a drummer and around 30 as a (not “convincing”) vocalist. I found my joy drumming for Jazz & Pop bands as well as playing Math Rock, Hardcore, Funk, Soul and a lot more. I never spent too much time “to give the baby a name”. I just tried my best. Every style of music that I played turned out to be assimilated lateron by my individual style. I cannot describe but still feel that.
